I applied as a property manager with Equity Lifestyle Properties Montgomery County with the goal to install Solar powered Amazon Logistics lockers on all their rural properties in the State of Texas for small business owners within the zip code of those sites.

I saw at Blue Grotto in Florida in 2024– they built a Solar powered Aquaponics farm on the site and I intend to do the same thing for 77399 to provide the bakery in Escapees RV club, the butcher nearby at the gas station, and retirees organic gardening for members and the public.

Currently I’m the Chair. The Chair requires you to be registered with selective service, willing to lose your civilian status by draft.
A branch of the DoD picks you, your battalion, your rank, and what you will serve as reserves for. To Leadership at Ford Motor Company,
America is approaching a transportation and industrial turning point. Ford has an opportunity to
lead it instead of reacting to it.
I believe Ford should begin transitioning part of its long-term focus away from mass consumer
automobile dependence and toward high-speed rail manufacturing, rail infrastructure systems,
and American bullet train development.
Texas is already discussing large-scale regional rail expansion projects intended to better
connect Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Right now, travel between these economic centers can
take roughly four hours by car depending on traffic. Modern high-speed rail could reduce that to
approximately ninety minutes and fundamentally reshape commerce, workforce mobility,
logistics, and quality of life across the state.
Ford has the manufacturing experience, industrial scale, supply chain relationships, and
engineering culture necessary to help build that future.
The United States does not need to abandon cars entirely. Working on your own vehicle is part
of American culture. It is mechanical independence. For many Americans, it is as culturally
embedded as football, racing, or combat sports. But Americans are increasingly frustrated with
overcomplicated vehicles filled with expensive electronics, invasive software systems,
subscription features, and unnecessary digital dependency.
Ford has an opportunity to simplify.
Return to durable, repairable, minimalist vehicle platforms with optional upgrade packages
instead of forcing every consumer into highly computerized systems they neither want nor trust.
Many Americans would willingly purchase more analog-oriented vehicles if reliability,
affordability, repairability, and national resilience became priorities again.
At the same time, Ford could diversify into:
● American high-speed rail manufacturing
● Bullet train engineering
● Rail infrastructure systems
● Domestic steel and industrial revitalization
● Public-private transportation partnerships
● National logistics resilience
Ford should study aspects of the Japanese Keiretsu industrial model:
● Long-term industrial coordination

● Infrastructure partnership
● Strategic manufacturing alliances
● Multi-generational planning
America needs infrastructure projects capable of restoring industrial confidence at scale.
Rail expansion would:
● Reduce highway congestion

For decades, portions of America’s rail infrastructure have suffered from underinvestment and

helped build the modern American economy, but the country now requires renewed large-scale
investment in rail modernization and expansion.
Ford could become one of the defining industrial leaders of that transition.
Instead of competing solely in increasingly saturated automotive markets, Ford could help build
the next generation of American transportation infrastructure itself.
America does not merely need newer cars.
It needs a transportation strategy worthy of a continental nation.
